Find Raluvh  

The rec lvl for this quest is 67 and you can find Raluvh at -25.00,3.03,-141.00

OK, the torpor potion found in Sothis' room is an optional way to clear mobs in the room with Katalkana. This is the named just outside Lord Septimus' room. You can use it to click on the cauldron and knock Katalkana unconcious, allowing the room to be cleared easier. Most people don't bother and just brute force the room though.

When Lord Doom Septimus is killed.. the no zone potion is awarded to the person who used the Mutagenic potion to get the Transmogrification quest. Using this potion will give everyone in the group the update they need to advance the Premonitions of doom quest. It also has a cool side effect that turns the user into a doomwing.

An NPC doomwing spawns in Lord Septimus' chamber so it is important to kill Lord Doom INSIDE his room as the door will lock and close. If you pulled him into the hall, you will not be able to reach the NPC. Hailing the NPC unlocks the door and advances the quest further. It then indicates that you need to talk to the Cataloger, Katalkatana and Doom Guard Vimock. These will obviously be NPC versions of some of the named the group has killed up to this point.

Raluvh gives the Premonitions of Doom quest.

To advance the quest you need to collect and examine a mutagenic potion in the alchemist lab. It is located on the right side of the Catalogers table. There is only 1 item per instance, so not everyone will get to advance the quest at the same time.

There is also a Torpor Draught potion in the room were Sothis is. This obviously is to be put in the cauldron outside Lord Septimus' room as mousing over the object indicates. I am not sure at this point if this is part of the same quest or not.

Examining the mutagenic potion will update the quest and indicate that you need to Kill Doom Lord Septimus. This is the last Mob in the Zone. When you pull him, the room door will slam shut and will not be openable once he is dead. You can Evac to the entrance.. or just pull him into the hallway with a pet. He has an AE with a short range, so you can easily keep casters out of it.

When he is dead, you will get an auto-update which also adds a LORE >>NO ZONE<< potion to your inventory. The update instructs you to drink the potion; it has a 1 charge, 20 minute shapechanging effect.

I screwed up and decided to advance the quest later and zoned out.. I lost the potion and the quest did not reset. I have since restarted the quest.

You won't get the update for 'Finding Raluvh' if you already have the 'Premonitions of Doom' quest from him. If you delete the Premonitions quest then talk to Raluvh again it wil update and complete the Finding Raluvh quest.
You can then get Premonitions from him again.

I have found Raluvh many times...does not update. I have completed the sub-quest Raluvh gave...still no update. Looking for other possible flags need to complete.
