Jonovan has felt a growing presence amidst the creatures of Nektulos, an evil far greater than any Jonovan has sent me after previously. Jonovan believes that defeating this wicked entity will weaken the creatures of Nektulos and further his cause. Jonovan suggests that I not try and vanquish this beast alone, but instead enlist the aid of fellow adventurers.
