Sentry Vylkren is pretty shook up, but manages to tell you that the Haoaerans may have found new allies. He asks you to look for evidence of these allies and take anything you find to Prime Researcher Mak'bin. He'll know what to do!

Search one of the piles of dirt in the area right in front of Sentry Vylkren, at or near 3014,7,1172 , where the Haoaeran escorts are.
Speak to Prime Researcher Mak'bin at 2648,63,1347 in The Grand Athenaeum.

Sentry Vylkren could only give me bits and pieces, but it appears that the Haoaeran are indeed planning a new attack, but may have found friends to help them. I should search for any evidence of the new allies, and return what I find to Prime Researcher Mak'bin in Gorowyn.

Stage 1

I should search the shore for evidence of the Haoaeran's allies.

Start:	Search for evidence.
Complete:	I have found an odd feather.

Start:	Speak with Prime Researcher Mak'bin.
Complete:	I have given Prime Researcher Mak'bin the evidence.

I have returned the strange feather to Prime Researcher Mak'bin.

I found a feather from what appears to be a different breed of aviak buried in the sand, and have returned the evidence to Prime Researcher Mak'bin.

The Grand Atheneum is probably best found by entering the city from the docks, taking the lift up to the first stop, heading through the Dragon's Anchor bar area and down the ramp. The entrance is in the wall on that platform.
