Killed the orcs, then tried to turn the quest in to the Captain in the West Freeport Militia House. Problem is, I am from Qeynos....I got into the Militia house and reached the Captain, but she will not let me hail her.

So, if you are from qeynos, don't bother trying to do the quest.

Did quest at level 12(summoner) and 13(Crusader). Easy kills for quick coin and XP.

BTW, the Cutthroat Insignia Ring isn't rewarded for this quest, but, rather, for the Bandit Sash Bounty quest.

At level 16, I got 5.3% exp, 1sp 70cp, and a Cutthroat Insignia Ring (+2agi, +3health, +3power) for the turnin. Not bad for a quest that only takes a few minutes. Looks like it's been greatly improved.

This quest was not worth the effort 99c is the reward i coulda ernt that in about 10 seconds and the earring is rubbish.I was lvl 15 when i done this and i got no xp. I rate this quest at 1/10. If you want my opinon dont do this quest its crap

Just completed this, Vrondell is on the balcony upstairs in malitia house.
Received 99c and a bloodstained orc warrior earring(armor class:10 plus lots of nice stats), quite nice for not too much work!

Most of the times, the site will update the quest information after a poster corrects it, and leave the poster on the page. More than likely the site had originally stated 10 kills, and Elya posted the correct info. Thanks for the update, Elya.
