This is a quest offered by Gol M'Tun to gain faction with Freeport when you are exiled.

It is number 14 in a series of 16 bounty quests.

Kill General Ginlo, who is a triggered spawn at 347, -21, 149 , inside Irontoe's East in North Qeynos.

The safest way to get to the inn is through The Down Below. Once you exit the Down Below into North Qeynos, the inn is just across the road. Keep an eye out for wandering guards and make a dash there when it appears safe.

The general spawns inside, but may run outside if you approach the building. It is safer to fight him inside, to avoid the multiple max level heroic and epic guards in the area.

Finish the quest by talking to Gol M'Tun again.

To earn esteem with the city of Freeport, Gol M'Tun has given me a bounty to execute. I must kill General Ginlo in Irontoes Inn in North Qeynos. The General is a veteran fighter from Zek who was recruited by the Freeport Militia, but turned the position down to join the Qeynos Guard.

I need to execute the bounty on General Ginlo in Irontoes Inn in North Qeynos.
