I cant get it either. Maybe the drop is a chest and won't drop if the mobs are grey? Tried as an 80 wizzie.

The key to the chest can be found after killing all the residents inside the instanced room..
They are all agro and watch out for the cheeky monkey :)

Sorry Fliss but you got it wrong.

If you are truth, you need blade and coin tokens, not truth.
A token is a proof that you have killed someone of an opposing faction, so if you have tokens for your own faction it won't do any good.

The 'Tears-Grifter' gives both the quest and reward (found at the location above).
I took the Truth faction coins, but on returning to the Tower of the Moon to hand them in (found near carpet zone in), only the Blades and Coin faction npc's would accept them, not the Truth npc. Held off till more information on factions uncovered.
