The seers I managed to get fairly quickly. The last update on the scrappers however is looking to have the same issues for me that the seers gave to everyone else.

I've been working at this now for 3 days off and on, have yet to get an update from the seers. Looks like the old problem is back.

As of today, I was able to complete this quest. It only took me about 30 minutes of killing the seers near the pillars at -699,-96,-777. It would appear that any issue as described before are resolved.

Bah, think I'll just delete this quest and just hand in faction coins..this is ridiculous. Camped the seers for like 4 hours and only got 1 update. And this quest is only worth like 500 faction points. Rofl!!

Also, it seems there are 2 spots where the seer/defender groups spawn. I was camping them on the other side of the lake from where the 3 standing pillars are. THere are 2 fallen pillars there, where 4 groups of the seer/defenders spawn. But it didn't seem they spawned at all over by the 3 standing pillars.

Same here. Killed Seers over and over for like 2hrs with only 1 update. I finally gave up, lol.

Without doubt the most boring tedious quest in the game, drops can be incredibly rare for such an insignificant faction quest. Whats worse he keeps giving it to me , but enough after 4th time just deleted it and try for another, seems to iritate him have to wait a bit for next quest but hey anything is better than doing this again..

It look fixed...killed 4 seers and got the 2 update
Just a note...
Dirar Muti is only in the Court of Blades and his quests only raise Blades factions ;)
There are other NPC's in the other courts giving similar repeatable quests, but Dirar never leaves the Court of Blades ;)

Same here. Been doing the seer/defender groups for 3 days. No hits. (Did, however, find that they're part of a ring event to spawn Devotee Sornith)

I must have been very lucky.
I did the seers last night and got updates after about 6-8 seers.

Seers are virtually broken for this quest. I got 1st update after about 25 Seers, I'm now at 80 and still no 2nd update. It's reaching the point of ridiculous now considering the Scrappers took about 6 kills to give their 2 updates. For comparison I got all 3 updates and all 5 lore items for the Lizardman L&L quest in the time I've been camping these Seers

They're by the lizard lake... there's 3 pillars they spawn around. 5 groups with 1 of them in each... so far I've killed over 30 seers and haven't seen 1 update.

Where are the alliz raef ew seer. I've been all over the spawn place near the Tears and crocs, and no sign.

Dirar Muti has asked me to sweep through the Tears of Anuk, two oases that are located in the Sinking Sands, and slay the indigenous enemies of Maj'Dul. I have been asked to collect specific kinds of trophies from both the Anaz Mal gnolls and the Alliz Raef Ew lizardmen that inhabit these two oases.
I have completed my sweep and gathered the requested trophies.
I have reported to Dirar Muti.I have completed my sweep of the Tears of Anuk and returned with the requested trophies from my conquest.
Stage 1
I have been ordered to raid the two oases in Sinking Sands known as the Tears of Anuk. Dirar has asked me to collect specific trophies from my conquest of these areas.| Start: | Dirar Muti has asked that I collect ten Alliz Raef Ew tribal necklaces. |
