This quest is repeatable with a two-hour cooldown. It can only be completed a maximum of 15 times.

Speak to Slippery Toughshield at 308, -20, -29 in North Qeynos, who asks you to advertise for his band.

Use the fliers in your inventory (either hotkey them or right-click from inventory) to give them to 10 different players. You can do this in any zone.

Once you've handed out all 10 return to Slippery next to the Claymore monument in North Qeynos.

I've been asked to help the band advertise the Heroes' Festival by passing out fliers to the people of Qeynos, but not just anyone will do. I must identify heroes wandering the city. And to really get their attention, I must be aggressive with the fliers.

Stage 1

In order to get the attention of passing heroes, I must toss a pile of fliers at them. Talk about aggressive advertising.

Start:	'Pass out' the fliers to passing heroes.
Complete:	I 'passed out' the fliers to passing heroes.

Stage 2

Now that all the fliers have been 'passed out', I must return to Slippery Toughshield in North Qeynos.

Start:	Return to Slippery.
Complete:	I have returned to Slippery.

I returned to Slippery Toughshield in North Qeynos.

I 'passed out' several fliers to many heroes. I am sure a few suffered from paper cuts and shock, but the message has been made: It is time to party!
