The 9999 status points is a bugged text, and possibly comes from an N-1 bug somewhere in the code. You will see the 9999 status points pop up on many things, including some rewards from scrying stones at rainbows, but if you have your character sheet up, you will see that you are not really getting 9999 status.

This quest is initiated by stirring a pot at 50, -16, -169 in Runnyeye. This is the right fork after passing the evil eyes.

You must kill 200 goblins in Runnyeye (any will do). This results in a very nice chest slot item which is tailored to your class.

I don't know if it was the smell of that broth, or the fact that they are using halflings for the ingredients, but I really want the goblins of Runnyeye dead!

Stage 1

The Runnyeye goblins are filthy, disgusting creatures and should be eradicated!

Start:	I need to slay no less than two hundred Runnyeye goblins before I will be satisfied.
Complete:	I have slain the gobllins, good riddance!

I have satisfied my bloodlust versus the Runnyeye goblins.
