This quest is initiated by examining a Tae Ew Gatherers Belt that drops on monsters (Tae Ew Heralds confirmed) in Cazic-Thule.

The first step requires you to gather five belts full of rations from Tae Ew Gatherers in Cazic-Thule. After you have done this you should examine the belt again.

While in the Temple of Cazic-Thule I found a belt used by the Tae Ew to gather their rations. I figure if I take their rations I won't have to fend for myself.

I will obtain rations from the Tae Ew by taking their belts.
