Ratical  

This quest is now available through the entire festival (changed in 2010), as is the follow-up quest. It is repeatable once per year.

The Gigglegibber Hunt Master on the Enchanted Lands dock wants me to rid the land of rats.

1. Go to Enchanted Lands Dock and speak to the Gigglegibber Hunt Master.
2. Kill 10 small rats.
3. Return to the Gigglegibber Hunt Master.
4. Kill 10 medium-sized rats.
5. Return to the Gigglegibber Hunt Master.
6. Kill 10 large-sized rats.
7. Return to the Gigglegibber Hunt Master.
8. Kill the Rat King.
9. Return to the Gigglegibber Hunt Master.

Here's the spoiler: any rat anywhere will update each step, including the "king". Silly goblins! Good zones to find rats in are Antonica, The Commonlands (south of the Spire), The Down Below, The Peat Bog or The Thieves' Way or Oakmyst Forest (mystail rats in Oakmyst).

The rewards are your choice of:

• Fermented Cabbage Juice
• Cloak of Gigglegibbery
• Totem of the Grand Prankster - Introduced in 2011!
• Gigglegibber Hunting Trophy - NEW in 2012

After you have finished Ratical right click the Gigglegibber Hunt Master and chose the option "buy from merchant". You can then buy the quest Gigglegibber Scavenger Hunt. You must find a lot of items within a timespan of two hours.
