The Queen's Impending Speech  

This quest was only available during the 2009 Heroes' Festival.

This quest can be repeated every two hours.

Speak to Guard Captain Detri near the Citadel bridge in North Qeynos.

I have been asked to secure the area around the castle in preparation for an upcoming speech being given by Queen Antonia Bayle herself.

1. Speak to Security Guard Bobbins to check the security in the area. ( 413.09, -12.19, -15.36 ) Copy
2. Speak to Security Guard Sheshi.
3. Ensure that the area is secure.
1. Speak with Security Foreman Kyerah.
2. Find the assassin. Hail an Anxious Reveler that spawns on the drawbridge at 419, -12, -18 Copy .
3. The reveler will attack you, kill it.
4. Return to Security Foreman Kyerah.
5. Head up the first flight of Stairs. Queen Antonia Bayle will spawn and go through a speech, at which point the quest will complete.
