This quset is initiated by examining a book at +183.61, -13.5, +6.83 in Nektropos. This is in a small room just before Everling's lab.

There is a golem named "The Juggernaut" in this room. The quest is to kill him. The problem is that he will aggro you as soon as you enter the room. So the key is to not kill him until everyoenb has the quest.
