Grand Inquisitor Te'Lex is hiding out in Freeport in the Academy of Arcane Science. Vishra and the leader of the Qeynosian movement inside Freeport, Shay Tivati, have agents who will smuggle me into Freeport to challenge the Grand Inquisitor.
