I can confirm the location of Timothus to be behind the Tower of Vhalen (-1304.81, 38.48, 44.29 ).
He was surrounded by 6 lvl 14{vv} sonic shriekers.

Timothus Yelrow is located at waypoint 148.04, -24.02, 396.04. When posting waypoints, please be sure to have all three numbers or it won't work.

The library is easy. Enter SH, Second Door to right. Go down the stairs to the Atrium. Go straight through tot he onther side. When you come to a T in the halls, go right. You will enter a room that is an ancient bathing room. The Emty tub on the right has two drains in the floor. Click on the left one, you will zone and be in what looks like a bed room. Leave the room and follow the corridor, there is only one way and it takes you to the library. Reverse order to get back out.

I found this NPC directly behind Vhalen Tower..this is the first time I have seen him here. So after patches it may be permanent being placed here so you have to get past the Sonic Shriekers?..Still worth it for the little time involved.

Easiest way to find him = From south Cavemaw entrance head west, keep trying to move up the mountain (north) as you head west and you will suddenly find yourself climbing up. Once up a bit move east to find the tree he is standing under.

From /loc -906, +73(west from the south cavemaw entrance) you need to climb up to a elevation of 13.86 then head east. Go up any further and you risk falling through the world. From there it's a straight shot to Timothus.

At lvl 24 I recieved 6% exp.

I rate this quest a 10^^!

At level 19 the quest gave 20% exp(With vitality bonus) and 7 silver. Not bad for 20 minutes of work.

The loc given for Timothus Yerlow is incorrect. -906, +73 is the loc of one of the ways to climb up the cliff face. Timothus' actual location is up the cliff and considerably to the east, at approx. -1161, +139
