Finaly (after days spent killing the little guys for hours) got him he was a lvl 20 /\/\/\
I am a lvl 29 zerker and the first time i died :P Second time i barrley mad it and he was solo no mob for me

this quest is clearly designed to keep you online. What a frustration... 3 hours and still no villain.

Villain spawns right at edgewater drain, just kill the stewarts over and over by the drain. Took about 3 hours for it to pop for me. Was solo able for a 26 assasin.. Good luck all;)

Is the ph, the two abbetors with one up arrow? I been by the drains for about 2 hours killing everything and no sign of him. Is there any more detail info on where he spawns?

I finally killed the Murkwater Villian tonight. He's a 21 /\/\ mob, so you'll need a couple of friends or to be pretty high yourself in order to take him. As far as I can tell, you also need to be patient. I had camped him once before for a couple of hours after I saw someone else kill him only to come up empty handed. Waited for him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours tonight, though I don't know how long he'd been gone before that.

you can find him at the entrance to edgewater drains..There is two entrances so you must find them both.

The Murkwater Villain is found in the room with all the other Murkwaters, initate, abetor, steward, etc. I found him spawned next to the zone to Edgewater.

The end result for this quest, is you get to choose among cloth, leather or chain bp of close to lvl 20 quality (such as FG). I took the chain bp for my brigand, which was something like 138ac, 2agi, 2str and a little bit of resists.

Good luck, he's a rare spawn.
