Nice and easy, you have to collect 3 buckets. Some reported locations are:

Now take water to the solders. They are all around -558.01, 372.00, 620.90 (by the Landing Pad). Most of them are wounded.

Shareon Beliqeh of Quel'ule wants you to head southwest to the aqueducts and gather several buckets of water and quench the thirst of the soldiers at the infirmary.

Stage 1

Gather three buckets of water from the Quel'ule aqueduct.

Hail Quel'ule soldiers and give them water.

Complete:	You have brought water to a resting Quel'ule vindicator.

Start:	Bring water to a resting Quel'ule defender.
Complete:	You have brought water to a resting Quel'ule defender.

Start:	Bring water to a resting Quel'ule protector.
Complete:	You have brought water to a resting Quel'ule protector.

Start:	Bring water to a resting Quel'ule watcher.
