OK here's the trail , 2nd Level Look for the Warroom stay left look for door and long hallway , leads to the Treasure Room. POI Look for the blue dot if you use map.

This must be a hidden room, -4, +10, -195 not on map of any levels. Only 3 levels so what Level is it. must be off other room HELP

I found it on a Captive Coin Trademaster, located on the second floor. It's the first door on the right once you get off the lift.

i was wondering if the fancy steel key drops off the bodies or in a chest. Just need to know if i need to mentor to get the key since they are grey to me now.

Trope you are wrong... these quests are repeatable but they rarily do drop the keys.

And it seems they Give 1 flawless pearl (Tradeskillable) and 5 other nacre (fractured/rough etc.) every time you open a chest just the nacre is the variable in the chest you always get a flawless pearl every time though this is an over sight by soe it should be rough pearl like you harvest.

There are 5 named mobs if the zone that drop keys that open the chest. I know frist hand that 3 of them spawn in the war room. Examining the key gives you a quest to open the chest The keys are semi rare drops and eack named mob's key can only be used once by each player. You can win the keys more then once but will not be able to open another chest.

This key opens the door by the named next room to Blademaster something. I forgot his named but he's either titled the annihilator or warmonger or so.
Behind that door is the treasure room (discovery exp ) where you can finish the quests initiated by the keys dropping off nameds like Gatecaller. The rewards however are pretty poor, like 30silver and a few sellable nacres.
