A Sul'Dal Relic  

Needed for the level 55 city writ, Desert Magical Studies, given by Elon Gallwin in the Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport. These are scattered around in the cave under the Eye of Anuk. There are three spawns, and they respawn in random locations every three minutes.
