if you go to south qeynos and go to the tower inside should be 3 glowing circles u have to walk right into them to be teleported to an area where u can buy stuff for ur class. the yellow one takes u 2 a room. walk down the stairs as far as u can go and there he should be there

How to find this guy:

Go to "Mage Tower" aka "tower of three", step into the yellow portal (round thing on the floor) straight ahead from the door. Poke around; it is a very small, closed area.

Once you are at the Mage tower in South Qeynos, run over the yellow portal. Then run down the stairs and there she is!

I've gone nuts trying to find this NPC. I track her to the Tower, but the track goes up into the top of the tower, and I haven't found a way to get up there.
