In the highlands of Toxxulia Forest, where the feral bruisers are, there is a shelf of rock with 2-4 red-furred Brutes called a Toxxulia savage. I killed them both then paused to admire the view and Zumok spawned a few feet away from me. He did not attack immediately and may have a very small aggro range.
