The mobs were in the GY - northern part - double down arrows, three of them, white at level 8 and the pops exactly at 8pm game time.

This is not the same mob as can be found in the Commonlands. It is found in the Grave Yard, a T1 zone which connects with various Freeport zones. Required for 'The Book of the Dead' and 'Soothing the Spirits of Marr' quests. Apparently they only come out at night, around +39.59, -2.88,-86.88

I found him in Enlightenment Cemetary. (Graveyard in the middle of the Commonlands.) He was level 12++ and standing in a crypt.

I am guessing that this is the quest mob for the Common Lands Grave Yard.
This Mob has a lvl 8 stat, but is still very dangerous. My Shaman was Lvl 18 and this Mob was gray with two arrows up, she still kicked my arse solo.
Take a small group to finish this quest.
