Leelee has been permanently removed. This fact was posted on EQ2 Players Quest forum and confirmed.

I believe all the Alchemist's Component quests have been eliminated from the game but they may not have removed all of the starter drops.

Leelee also was the NPC for
Leelee's Potion: Grace of a cat.

This quest, and all quests involving Leelee, is no longer available/completable because Leelee is missing and hasn't been seen in months.

I cannot get Leelee to accept my turn in for the Fire Salt quest. She asks if I completed the Health of the Bear quest, but no dialog for the Fire Salt quest. Wondering if it is bugged or the turn in NPC has been changed for the Fire Salt quest.
