After waiting around for 15 min or so, with no messenger on track, i killed a Palace Sweeper and the messenger spawned immediately it died.

I just hung out at the gamblin' goblin and waited for the messenger to pop up on track. At least one way to spent time. She popped about 11:00 am game time.

I found that this mob was up, then when I need her she had despawned. In the meantime, 3 Palace Sweepers spawned and walked the very same path as the Sha'ir Messenger. As soon as the third Palace Sweeper despawned, the "a Sha'ir Messenger" popped instantly. Perhaps they are related.

I just wasted 1.5 hours of my life waiting for this guy to spawn and it was for nothing....

Blah. I'd really like to know when the spawn in. evidently it isn't every in-game day.

I intercepted the messanger by pure luck enroute, at location -115, 177, -14 at 8:10 am.

the spawntime stated erlier in this thread does not seem to be valid anymore. spawntime might be random.

They may have changed her path. She spawned for me at Tower of Moon ( around 2:30 am game time )and headed toward the Arena but turned left to go down the stair before the Arena. she then turned right and down the stairs toward Court of Blades. She proceeded past Court of Blades down another stair and despawned in front of Champion's Court.
