I pulled him with unswerving hammer (lvl 65 templar pet). Just need one bounce and you can send your pet in after him. Watch out for his charm too.
Not too tough ... got him with 3. 70 Paladin, 70 SK, and me (70 templar). The first charm is fairly lengthy too, so be prepared for a quick recovery when he turns your tank into a pet ;), but after the first or second one the charm only lasts for a couple seconds.

This guy is a sweet pull! See whatcha gotta do is, get real good at repulsor sentinal jumping. I know, for all you kiddies that find them obnoxious and want your raiders to "not mess around" wisen up and let them have fun, as long as they get on the ball and do their thing when it comes time.
Anyway you get really good at double jumping on these and once you get repelled up real high, bow pull or whatever you can do to aggro it. He flies down really slow and have time for players to get in position. Beyond that have high mental resist on main tank. It will help prevent him from getting mezzd and owning your raid party. Aside from that if you can mezz him before he kills enough, and have a second tank, you should do fine.
