Is started looking at 8 pm Norrath time and I kept killing the 3 scouts around the campfire. Eventually, at 6:30 am Norrath time he popped and attacked me. Be carefull, he has a big agro range, although he is really easy. 15 down arrow. Coordinates are -2, -14, -106. He patrols the area around the campfire.

Just so you enchanters out there know:
This guy seems like a named but he IS charmable. Made a good pet for me when soloing other orcs in the Wailing Caves.

Got at Wailing Caves just before dawn and he was up...until dawn, when he despawned in front of me. I think Callawyn is right, and also I think he's night only, as weird as that is inside a cave.

Don't think he has ph's at all, seems to me he's on his own timer. Was killing the spiritist/avengers as well as the scouts, then killing orcs around pit of death for my 500 orc count on betrayal. Come back and the room was fully spawned: the 3 spiritist/avengers, the 3 scouts, and Garreg also.

Was just after 8pm Norrath time (a time when many named spawn, as its the beginning of night in the game).

Have yet to find Garreg PH as Scout of Ree. However, have always found his PH to be a Defender of Ree or a Ree Spiritist.
