Found a nice place for the weald wolves at 1254.98, -0.37, 450.08.
Between 10 and 15 are up.

The 2 valleys, 1 south and the other west of tower 4 are good places to find these. I went into the S valley and there where 2 packs of them to start with (6 total). So I killed any animal in that valley and the 1 to the W of the tower (where giants are) and was able to get 19 weald wolves (not immature, pup or savage) in about a 1/2 hour.

mob of lvl25 weald wolves at -247.22,-1.89, 745.59 (right on the road between qenyos tower 5 and the ruins of karana). pack consisted of a pack leader, 5 weald wolves and a few young/immature wolves.

Their level can go up to 27 Heroic. I have seen them in a pack at that level consisting of a pack leader, 3 weald wolves & 3 other types of weald wolves on trail between T4 & T5

Besides around tower 3, you can find weald wolves at (-239, 760) near tower 5 and also along the dead river road near tower 4.

I also noticed that they are a rare spawn. There are 4 spawn points that I've been camping for them to spawn, all of which are by Tower 3. One batch by the 2 tree in the middle of the big rock outcropping, 2 spawn nodes by the south side of the rock outcropping, and one more node by the treed area directly south of Tower 3. Be prepared to wait though - they are a really rare spawn and it takes me hours just to get 6-8 mobs. Great time for harvesting. Some of the PHs that spawn in the Weald Wolves place are Bears, Young badgers, and the variety of wolves, from young weald wolf pups, to enraged weald wolf and of course the prized Weald wolf.

Weald wolves are rare and they spawn in wooded areas close to high level areas. You can find them mostly around T4 wooded area, and small wooded area north to the centuar bridge (close to giants). Sometimes you will find packs of them (I have seen a pack of six once), or sometimes with a Young Weald wolf. Also, they appear as enraged weald wolfs but you don't get quest credit from killing enraged or young weald wolves.
