Incorrect because those locations would put you in the far S/E section of the bay.

you might mean -574.25, 50.22, 103.07 but still did not find them there.

I found them at -627, 81, 143

Some mobs moved with the revamp, but as I was re-cataloging I've also noticed that many mobs are in more than one location.

There a bunch of firelight shrillers at approx. -671, 95, 147. You have to go up the south slope to top of the hill, then look up -- they will be at the top of a steep rock hill.
