I have seen the commander in many different appearances, male/female, blonde/brunette. Hangs out at the dervish camps.

solo'd this mob as a 21 assasian and nearly died but managed to defeat her. a very tough opponent. engage with caution if solo.

The model for this mob seems to have changed. When I ran into Commander Ralio last night, it was a human male model..not a female model as pictured above.
