This NPC will only interact with you if:
  • You have sufficient faction with Riliss
    • Your faction must be at least Indifferent to buy or sell goods or services with this vendor.

 A mender can repair your worn or broken equipment, restoring it to it's full benefit. The higher value the equipment, the more it will cost to repair.
