Just as my subject says, he was lvl 29 ^ for me..no problems as a 36 bruiser.

I took him down tonight with a L35 Assassin and found him to be remarkably durable for a mob six levels down as he can heal himself very, very well. This was the first time I'd ever seen him; he appeared on track and I went to finish the quest. He dropped a "Vigilant Lord's Helm."

He is located behind the citidal near droppy. easy fight with 26 tank, 30 healer and 2 nukers lvl 30.

Not to be confused with Warlord J'Narus, this version spawns behind the citadel, close to Doopy. He is a very rare mob indeed, group++, dead within moments of spawning just about every time he pops.
