He definitely has a short spawn time. At most 10 min. Did not take long at all.

I can also confirm the 30 min respawn time. Was hard to beat him tho. Poped at level 47.

This is BS! I had him down to a sliver of health and he dissappeared!!!! Probably 20 min of fighting and poof, he's gone! I did pull him out of the house by the tree. Is there a time limit in which we have to kill him?? Man I'm pissed.

He definatly does NOT have a 30Min timer. Waited for over 3 hours and no repop. I have submitted a bug report.

I don't think Rukir still have 30min respawn anymore. i've waited +45min and no spawn. And i'm not sure if he has now a new respawn time or maybe its just bug.

I was jsut fighting this guy solo and he vanished 1/2 way into the fight. I thought maybe I had pulled him out too far but i was onoly about 10 feet from his door. So not sure if you ahve to kill him in a certain amount of time or if it was jsut a bug. Anyways i will wait for him to respawn and try again a lil closer to his spawn point

Watched a group kill the guy when I got there needing to talk to him. I waited exactly 30 minutes and he spawned.

I just killed this guy with some guildies, and he popped at level 48 for us, but we took him easily with just me (47 guardian), a 38 troubador, a 41 mystic, and a 40 warden.

He is a Level 46 Heroic mob, not lvl 30 as stated above. He lives in a Treestump in Rivervale at /waypoint -806, -6, -276.
