Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle...I just found these little devils just east of the KoS spires. Loc is: -70, -48, -439. (This loc is brought to you AFTER LU#24..)

This is getting incredibly frustrating since LU#24. The whole zone has been revamped with the exception of the few critters here and there. Moon wisps no longer spawn in that location. Just Grove Wisps now, amoungst Mith Deer. The wisps that used to hang around the Ruined Druid Ring, no consist of 4 epic wisps that are non-attackable. No clue where these elusive wisps are... and it sucks.
