This item was previously only available from the prelude event for the opening of Shard of Hate in 2008. In 2013 it was reintroduced for Erollisi Day.

Reward choice for completing the quest Tainted Love. With the reintroduction of this item, it is now tradeable.

Erollisi Day 2013 is expected to run from 12:01am PST on February 7th through 11:59pm PST on February 20th.
