Robe of the Meridian  

This is the Relic Robe for the Coercer class.

In Kingdom of Sky raid zones, every kill has a chance of dropping "Relic" gear, which is unfinished armor that corresponds to a item slot and armor class (Relic Silk Gloves, Relic Plate Sabatons, Relic Chain Shoulders, etc)

Relic pieces are Lore, No Trade. Once you have one, consult one of the many posts in various forums for the formula to convert it to Fabled armor. You will need the Relic piece, or "Mold" and 3 gems of a specific type that you have likely found in your time in Kingdom of Sky (Rubies, Sapphires, Quartz, etc.) Once you have all of the ingredients, it's time to visit Lord Nagafen's Armorer in Solusek's Eye, by the Infernal Forge of Ages.

If you have the correct pieces, he will instantly convert your gems and Relic piece into a piece of Fabled armor, like the one above. Pay special attention to the formulas, because there are 168 combonations (7 pieces for each class x 24 classes) and NOTHING is more irritating than traveling to the bottom of Solusek's Eye and finding out that you've got the wrong gems.
