This jewelry is Tier 2 Legendary Void Shard Infused Jewelry. It is purchased from A Mysterious Quellithulian at Dropship Landing Zone in Moors of Ykesha with Void Shards. Unlike the armor, a Tier 1 jewelry piece is not required. It can also be crafted by a player with Far Seas Strategic Pricing Manual, Volume III for 2 shards less.
