You can Take Candy from it when it is placed in a house or guild hall. It gives Fright Night Goodies.

Eating the goodies will give a 60 minute illusion.

Nights of the Dead
Occurs annually around the end of October.
Nights of the Dead 2011 will run from 12:01am PDT on 10/13 through 11:59pm PST on 11/7.
