As of LU24 The requirement is a Palladium Bangle. If you have a palladium torque already, you can use it.

People just do these for SP, even if they cant use it.. like me... heh
Key is to get a palladium torque made when your level 20, use it for 10 levels, and then turn it in for the quest when your ready for an upgrade anyway.

This item no wort the rare., and yea the necklace of flowing orbs is much better., and each orb is like 2 g you'lll spend some 20 g if buy all orbs., and will have a best item., and awesome experience., or you can make all collectyions for each orb., anyway is much better even at lvl 60 some players still use it.

-No kidding- Actully it seems that there are very few +wis neck slots for sale. I cant wait till i finish this quest since I'm an ogre templar.

I agree this item is no good for tanks. I wouldnt care so much if the palladium torque were not so difficult to find, i have 4 toons scouring it in locations stated on this site, and still no torque. Oh well, ill get it eventually, but have been done for long time now.

For a tank, this HQ really sucks. Guessing it's meant for casters, but it really stinks having to go out and buy a torque.

it also has pretty good power for fighters, as well as great saves.
i think the rare used in this is definatly worth it for every player.

Nith - neck slot appear to never has INT or WIS item? you must be kidding =)

Neck slot items appear to just about never have INT or WIS on them. If you are a caster this seems to be well worth doing the quest for it.
