This item will transport you to the Wizard Spires in Eastern Wastes.
It was a reward for completing the quest Removing Ulbrow the Empowered. After the Wizard Spires are completed for the Velious Transportation Event it can be purchased from the world event merchant until GU61.

It was re-activated at 5:30pm PDT on July 22, 2011. For each server it will run until the dragon ring and wizard spires are completed. Ground spawns and merchants will remain in-game until 11:59pm PDT on August 22, 2011. |
