Hey guys. Little curious as to how this is obtained? What mob does it drop from? Is it from a sub-boss, a zone boss, a ring event? Where is this mob located, or is it a random drop from an Exquisite Chest from any mob in the zone? Is it a quest reward? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as this is a beautiful cloak.
