Xavior is correct. You get one of these each time you have a relic piece made, so that you only have to fight to get TO the forge, not to get out. If you gate out you keep the stone, but it only works in Soluzek's Eye and only takes you to the evac point.

New information says that it's a gate spell, like it says (/bonk self). Use this to gate to gate to Solusek from anywhere to a random location within the zone.

I've actually used this item to "gate" to Solusek from both Qeynos and Bonemire. It behaves more like a one use Call of Solusek unless I'm mistaken or they changed something.

This looks like the item you recieve after having relic armor made in Solusek's Eye. Teleports you to the front of the zone should you need to return with another piece.
