Most likely in The Commune of K'Dal, raid zone with a named mob, instance of Maiden's Gulch. I will MOST LIKELY go there this weekend and see what he can drop for us.. We will try him with 6 peeps, but if we have to we will go with 12.
I figure it drops in The Commune of K'Dal because the Subterranaen Girdle of Intellect drops in there.. so why have the other 3 drop in different places?
