For generations, the othmir have been giving thanks to Prexus at during the early summer months each year for all he provides, above and beneath the waves. It is a celebration of all things Prexus, ocean, and sailing. Although this began as an othmir celebration, pirates, sailors, fishermen, and other ocean-folk have caught on quickly, joining in the reverie and praising the Ocean Lord. Now, they have opened the celebration to all of Norrath and anyone who may want to join in on the festivities!

From Thursday, June 6, 2018 at 12:01 AM until Tuesday, June 18, 2018 at 11:59 PM, you'll be able to join the othmir in celebration!

Here's a rundown of the fun you'll get to have and the rewards you'll get to earn, but remember, there's nothing like experiencing the event yourself!

Where to Celebrate:
Where there's water, there's fun to be had! You can partake in Oceansfull in the following areas:

Clam Shell Hunt:
Find clam shells off shore in any of the areas where Oceansfull is being celebrated and open them up for rewards! You never know what you may find when you pry open a gift from Prexus. (More details below)

Castle Mischief

• Corrected an issue that could sometimes get the last boss in a state where he could not be engaged.

ITEMS

• The Crafted Celestial Weapons castable effects "Attunement to Air", "Attunement to Earth", and "Attunement to Fire" will now show in both the caster's beneficial and target's beneficial windows.
• Corrected an issue that would cause the "Attunement" effects on the celestial crafted weapons to cancel randomly. This effect can no longer be cast on someone who is already affected by one of these effects. This effect will now persist through death but will not persist through zoning.
• The flags from the "Attunement" effects on the celestial crafted weapons have been added to the 7/7 black rune set bonus. This only applies to the wearer and cannot be given to another player.

Outpost of the Overlord

• The Freeportian Brawler's Wraps rewarded from "The Final Assault" quest should now be usable by beastlords.

Eryslai: The Aether Vale [Raid/Mythic Raid]

• Xegony should once again enter her fight area during her encounter once engaged.

Doomfire: The Molten Caldera [Raid/Mythic Raid]

• Corrected an issue with "Flash Fire" that could severely lag the zone when it was cast by either of the two Chancellors.

Vegarlson: Upheaval [Raid/Mythic Raid]

• Tantisala Jaggedtooth's "Surge: Toothy Grin" spell should no longer grow at such an exponential rate.
• "Failed Mastication" has been reduced in knockback distance.

Ragrax. the Sepulcher of the Twelve [Raid]

• The amount of power drained by "Surge: Rathe's Wrath" has been significantly reduced.
• Smooth pledge stones should now more reliably cure both Earth God's Pledge and Blind's Eye curses regardless of which version of the encounter is activated.

Fanged Fist Wraps

• The Fanged Fist Wraps are rewarded upon quest completion, once again.

Broken Bones

• The Nechronosync will state it can only be used within Lyceum of the Recondite if attempting to use it in the solo or challenge versions of the zone.

• Barrel runners in the Faroth Mal encounter should more reliably destroy destructible walls.

To complete the transfer the following must be the case for both accounts involved:

• Two Factor Authentication must be enabled, and the same information utilized on both accounts
• The Country for both accounts must be the same
• Both accounts must be active and in good standing

Betrayal

• You can now speak with the Priest of Discord in Freeport and Qeynos to become the alternate subclass of your class regardless of faction. NOTE: Doing this will give the player a one week lockout from being able to change again and will, in some cases, prevent them access to certain guildmaster services and/or merchants for their subclass. The Priest of Discord will also grant betrayal to the opposing faction with the same lockout penalty.

General

• Corrected an issue that caused The Seraph of the Stags to drop double loot.

Eryslai: The Empyrean Steppes [Raid/Mythic Raid]

• Rinturion Windblade should no longer use his dance of blades ability quite as often, making the encounter a bit quicker.

• Councilman Hyritus has been scolded for hiding from challenging raid forces.

Awuidor: The Adumbral Depths [Contested Raid]

• Bosses will now respawn independently of other bosses. The portal to Coirnav will still open if all bosses have been defeated and close if any bosses are alive.
• The Conch shell for the Kraken encounter can no longer be interacted with from outside of the Kraken encounter.

Nektulos Forest

• Several exploration volumes should be easier to trigger, even if you are on a mount now.

Everfrost

• Instead of changing items players have already looted we have increased the difficulty of the Seraph of the Stags to more accurately match the loot it drops and have increased the respawn timer to more accurately match other similar contested encounters.

On Wednesday, June 5, 2019, characters on the Fallen Gate server will be merged onto Antonia Bayle. Character transfer tokens will be handed out to all characters on Fallen Gate on April 16, 2019 for those interested in making a move prior to the merge.
